About The Class

Family Handgun 1 is an entry level handgun class designed for families with minimal or no formal handgun training. This class will progress the student through the basic necessities of handling a pistol.  All Family Handgun Students must meet specific age criteria as defined below.*

    Attendance & Age Requirements

    Students under 21 must be accompanied by a paying parent or guardian who is 21 or older. Likewise, adults 21 and older must be attending with a student who is 20 or younger.

    If all students are 21 and over, we recommend you attend Handgun I.

    Each participant must have a waiver on file.  You may not enter the shooting range without one.  You may complete a waiver in advance or in-store, but we recommend you complete one in advance.
