Firearm Transfers (Excludes NFA Transfers)

Shooter's World Members: Your first transfer is $25, and each additional transfer on the same transaction is $5 each; There is a limit of 3 firearms per transaction: 1 at $25 and 2 at $5 each. All guns received on the transfer must be picked up at the same time (on the same transaction) and may not be stored. Excludes NFA transfers.*
 
Non-member: $59 for each transferred item*
 
* Any inbound firearm requires a transfer fee. Any outbound transfer requires a transfer fee. You are subject to multiple transfer fees (inbound and outbound) if we receive the firearm and then must ship it back due to any reason, including a denied background, or a canceled order.

NFA Transfers

Effective July 1st, 2021, Shooter's World only accepts NFA transfers originating from Silencershop.com. For these items, as well as items purchased in-store, there are NO TRANSFER FEES.
 
In certain cases, items may accrue a transfer fee of $129 Minimum. Fees may be adjusted to reflect ACTUAL time spent resolving a situation.
Examples include but are not limited to: 

     - Items no longer wanted
     - Returns due to DENIED tax stamps
     - Relocation out of state while items are pending 
 
Transferring inbound and outbound will require separate transfer fees.

NOTE: ALL GUN SALES ARE FINAL. There will be no refunds or exchanges, under any circumstance.
 

  1. Any firearm purchased through Shooter’s World that is not picked up within 60 days as a result of NICS background check denial is subject to forfeiture and refund minus applicable fees.

  2. All inbound firearm transfers resulting in a NICS background check denial will be held for 60 days to allow for appeal or return, after which a $20 dollar per week holding fee will be applied. Should the holding fees reach an amount higher than the current market value of the firearm it shall be sold to recoup said fees.

  3. A 20% processing fee will be assessed for each firearm on a canceled order, including a denied firearm purchase (resulting from a NICS background check), layaway, and any expired layaway not paid by the due date.

  4. All special orders must be paid in FULL.

  5. No express warranties are given by the SELLER and no affirmation of SELLER, by words or actions, shall constitute a warranty. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the goods rests with the PURCHASER. Should the goods prove defective following their purchase, the PURCHASER and not the SELLER assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.
