Who We Are
Range Safety Officer
The Range Safety Officer position is the gateway to everything Shooter's World has to offer. This is an entry-level position but one that comes with a high degree of responsibility and the opportunity to advance within the company quickly.
Range Safety Officers are responsible for carrying out the many duties that make our indoor range operate safely and effectively while delivering a 5-star customer experience. The right candidate brings a high degree of customer service skills and the proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members, including management and owners.
Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and engaging them in mindful conversation. You may be the very first and last team member they interact with during their visit. We strive for the best impression and 5-star reviews.

Streamlining point-of-sale processes and ushering customers onto the range.

Offer customers product advice and suggestions. No experience is necessary! We'll teach you!

Assisting in the maintenance and cleanliness of the store and your work area.
