Class Description

Handgun II is a beginner level class that will expand on the skills learned in Handgun I. This course will allow you significantly more range time to help you become more proficient and comfortable shooting a defensive pistol.

  • Clearing malfunctions
  • Trigger control
  • Trigger reset
  • Follow through
Handgun II Requirements
  • Prerequisite: Previously completed Handgun I, CCW or proof of equivalent training as per SW Education Department
  • Students must be 18 years of age or older
  • Eye and ear protection
  • Defensive handgun with 2 magazines and a speed loader
    (Firearm rentals available; Revolvers are allowed but due to revolver ammo capacity and time restraints you may not shoot the full 100 rounds.)
  • 100 rounds of ammunition
  • Close toed shoes
  • Comfortable attire
