Your Membership includes access to your Member Portal providing you complete control over your reservations. Your portal displays all upcoming and past reservations and reminds you of important information related to your membership, including expiration dates, upcoming required waiver renewals, and special events and sales.

Absolutely! You can use your membership benefits in all 3 stores — Goodyear, Peoria, and Phoenix!
You can place your account on hold for monthly memberships at any time. If your account is in good standing, you can re-activate with just the first month's payment.
For annual memberships, you can place your account on hold once per renewal period for a maximum of 6 months.
Monthly Memberships:
The membership auto-bills on the 5th or 20th of each month, depending on your sign-up date. After one failed billing, we will suspend the membership and request new credit card information. After three failed billings, your membership cancels; you must make a down payment to reactivate the account.
Annual Memberships:
We send renewal reminders by email starting one month before the expiration date.
Certainly, you can! The annual membership will give you six range passes to share with your friends and family. Each pass is valid for one hour of free range time.
Guests can also use your lane during your reservation time. However, they must pay for their range time if they do not have a membership or range pass.
Veterans and Retired Law Enforcement Officers get 10% off our Single and Family annual memberships.
If you have a monthly membership and want to switch to an annual one, you can do so anytime. Your annual membership will begin on the day you change. Additionally, we apply your down payment to the annual membership fee.
On the other hand, if you have an annual membership and wish to switch to a monthly membership, you can only do so after completing the first year. Furthermore, you must pay for the down payment and the first month.
We require a business license for Corporate Memberships, and the additional members linked to the Corporate account must be on the company's payroll. Hence, a Corporate Membership may not be suitable for your family of six. However, consider registering for a Family Membership that allows additional family members.
To qualify for our Family Membership, all members must reside in the same household. If you wish to add your child instead of your partner, your child must live in the same residence.
Certainly! The down payment functions as a processing fee to establish your account and a maintenance fee for your monthly billings. In case you decide to switch to an annual membership in the future, the down payment can be applied toward the annual payment.
The reason is that the first month's payment serves as an activation fee, enabling you to use your membership right after registering.
Membership benefits and range fees are reserved exclusively for individual customer use. Any use of our facilities for profit, including instruction, coaching, or qualifying, is strictly prohibited. Individuals interested in conducting outside instruction must contact the Director of Training at 623-253-6000 before attempting to use the range or facility. Unauthorized commercial use of the facility or memberships is prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of range sessions and/or memberships, with potential legal action for misuse.
