To celebrate the new facility, Shooter's World is offering 2 courses taught by world renowned firearms training instructor, Ron Avery.

Ron Avery is President and Director of Training for The Practical Shooting Academy, Inc. For the last 29 years, Ron has worked as a professional firearms trainer for law enforcement, military and civilian programs. He instructs basic through advanced tactical and instructor level courses in rifle, pistol, shotgun and defensive tactics programs.

ADVANCED DEFENSIVE HANDGUN

Advanced Defensive Handgun represents a truly advanced level course for CCW carriers and others seeking professional instruction in the use of the handgun for self-defense situations.

This course will focus on significantly raising the overall performance level of the armed citizen in terms of their mental preparation and conditioning, skill development with deadly force shooting techniques and tactical skill development for gunfight situations.

Our carbine course is designed for the defensive situations that a civilian will most likely face. As an internationally recognized tactical trainer and world class shooter, Ron Avery will help you understand the important principles and concepts that go into high performance gun-fighting as well as providing training that is relevant to your situation.

Our use-of-force training is designed to follow use-of-force protocols as well as give you superior performance in deadly-force situations should you elect to deploy the carbine.
