We want to be sure all of your needs are met and all of your questions are answered. Your complete satisfaction is important to us. Without it, we couldn't stay in business. Merchandise Return Policy

  • We will gladly refund, credit or exchange any product that we currently offer that is in unused condition and in its original packaging. Items sold have a 3-day inspection period from time of receipt. Returns must be made within 30 days after the date of purchase. You must include your customer information and original order number. Items that have been used, worn or washed cannot be returned.
  • Many products sold by Shooter’s World have manufacturer's warranties. For returns relating to matters covered by a manufactures' warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to coordinate the repair or return on any such item.
  • All clearance items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned.
  • Original packing receipt should accompany all returns or the return must include the original order number associated with the return.
  • We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is related to our error.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges, insurance, delivery confirmation charges, and/or credit card fees are not refunded.
  • This Return Policy does not apply to firearms and/or ammunition.
  • A returns authorization number is required for ALL returns; please contact our customer service representative at info@AzShootersWorld.com.

 

Education Refund Policy

  • If cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the course date a full refund will be granted or a rescheduling of the class can be made.
  • A customer is only allowed ONE reschedule after first cancellation.
  • If the customer is a “no show” on the day of the course, a refund will not be granted, but they customer has the option of rescheduling the class ONE time. A second “no show” and the customer has forfeited their tuition to take the class.
  • Specialty classes i.e. Combat Handgun and NRA Instructor Certification a full refund will be given two weeks prior to course date. 25% refund if canceling specialty class less than two weeks prior to the class date. No refund or credit given on day of class.
